I am a lecturer in the Department of Food and Agricultural Products Technology at Gadjah Mada University, Indonesia.
I study sensometrics, product development, and consumer behaviour modelling with a focus on coffee and plant-forward products. My recent research examines Indonesian coffee consumer behaviour with trade-offs between price, quality, and sustainability using Discrete Choice Experiments; and rapid consumer tests in diverse food products. I previously taught an undergraduate sensory evaluation course on quantitative descriptive analysis, and updated teaching materials for a graduate thematic food innovation and health course at the Department of Food Science, University of Copenhagen, Denmark.
