Andika Wicaksono Putro, Ph.D.

I am a lecturer in the Department of Food and Agricultural Products Technology at Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), Indonesia. 

I study sensometrics, product development, and consumer behaviour modelling with a focus on coffee and plant-forward products.  My research examines consumer behaviour using Discrete Choice Experiments; and rapid consumer tests in diverse food products. I teach courses across bachelor's and master's programmes at UGM. I have also developed teaching materials for the graduate course Thematic Food Innovation and Health at the Department of Food Science, University of Copenhagen, Denmark.
